Hey Bri, if your having difficulties with having bowel movements it’s either your gut like you said.. Or it could mean that you need to cleanse your colon. We’re supposed to get colonics at least 2x a year - especially because you eat meat, red meat more specifically, which takes a longer time for the body to digest in comparison to other meats. When the colon isn’t cleaned out routinely that is when disease start to occur. Also, TikTok has a drink called “eternal showers” that might get your bowels moving! Hope this helps + please keep updating us on your health and showing us the supplements you take!

If you get one only to plan I recommend the iPad Air but if you want alot of storage then get the pro but honestly it’s not a big difference I have both. Ps. Been loving the consistency 😭🤍
I remember when I first started meditation. I would picture me in open room with lots of windows me lying on my back grounded to core of the earth. Anything that populated in my mind I wouldn't picture it going into a pretty box with a balloon and I would picture it going to God. After practice I was able to meditate without nothing coming through. Than I was able to bring things in that I wanted for me( nothing material) more things like self-worth eg..

I started digital planning, journaling, vision boards, to do lists, financial planning, and overall just any and everything I don’t want to forget in life lol. At least this way instead of having a bunch of different books for those things they are all in one on your iPad. I don’t like carrying a bunch of notebooks and really can’t stand paper lol. I also enjoying decorating my digital planner to fit my mood each day. I created a daily check-in section to write down how I’m feeling each day. I take it everywhere and not just work. 🤍🤍🤍
