It has all windows closed with the air louvers shutters Just an attachment probably for delivery of that coach for some other purpose at some other destination. Presently 24 coaches is the limit for passenger services of which first and the last coaches are the SLR coach or EOG.

@@RailfanHS There r Feature in WAP7 that its no need Supply from OHE, it can take supply from other Locomotive by Cables.
