I'm guessing you shoot grid to grid until it hits. For example, you can Planning to bombard grid 4 so you shoot at grid 1 then jump to the second grid, and so on until reach grid 4

is the length of the square that is written under the map exactly correct? I tried to use this indicator for shooting, I got big numbers, which sometimes are not even in the scope, although I calculated everything correctly. and even when I checked the distance to the desired point myself, for example with binoculars, it turned out much less
As far as I know they should be correct. However, the diagonal (hypotenuse) of a square is not the same length as the side of one. So if your target is straight north or straight west of you, then you can just count the grid distance and multiply by the length of a square. For diagonal shots you would instead (if you want to be accurate) use the formula sqrroot((a*gridlength)^2+(b*gridlength)^2) where a is how many grids to the west/east of you that the target is, b is how many grids to the north/south of you that the target is, and the gridlength is the number in the corner which basically determines the scale. Hopefully any of this made sense, it's all just based on the Pythagorean theorem.
PRO TIP: Use mortar on roinburg behind the church, make sure that you are on the team that has the very long road ahead of it. once you are set up behind the church about 800 studs from their spawn. this will let you bomb the road to the church the enemy goes through and is capable from defeating tanks like panthers. you'll get hackusated, trust me

@@Swagmaster07 doesn't matter, the sight was adjusted according to the calculations made, the sight will show different values across all the different charges
eeeh not really. I think the mortars need an adjustment for their ranging because low works out like half a map minimum, while medium and high tend to shoot outside the map. Maybe if it's an especially large map you could make it work, but good luck.
Because the minimum elevation for the mortar is about 20 something degrees, you'll end up too close to the enemy most of the time if you use higher charges

It did the same thing for me.
For this to work you need to be at the same height as the enemy, as any differences in elevation will make your shots land farther or closer
Pitagoras is disapointed
you should count it like that:
333^2 + 333 x 333 = a^2
Guys here's a formula if it doesn't work for you im sorry but just try this i think this works because i use this all the time and its accurate
Formula:
394x6+194 = 2,558
2,558 ÷ 2 = 1,279
1,279 ÷ 2 = 639.5
It wont be accurate sometimes if its under 1000
For mortar divide it 1-2
For artillery divide it 2
Hell cannon divide it 2-3
Example the grid size 394 is and you divide it into 2 it will turn into 194
After that you put the first grid length 394 multiply it by the distance of the grids, 6 and then add 194 and then you equal it = 2,558
And divide 2,558 into 2 and it will be 1,279
And you divide 1,279 into 2 and it will be 639.5
Sorry for my bad English😔
If you are in dustbowl its 1002 so just divide it once
