Been an old WarThunder player, this roblox game really impressed me and Im really willing to play it
I recommend you play Guts and Blackpowder and Far from land. Those two are some of the best roblox games I have ever played so far.
In this game needs any crew, bc:
1) Reloader: he can be in some tanks, he load shells and it will be more speedy then if gunner will do that.
2) Commander: his mission is pinging the enemy on MMB. That is very helpfull, when you do not see enemy, and other see.
Also, commader could leave a tank for ammo or fuel, or he also can go to repair vehicle. Often Commander have big MG that also usefull if you need to kill light vehicle or enemy people.
I conclusion I would say, more people - more chanses to survive
unless you're in a tank with an auto loader so you do not need a loader

Soviet Tank required 3 crews
Oh yeah never shot RPG round at the front of the tank neither the side armor and the turret because Soviet Tank got Explosive Reactive Armor which is great against non tandem warhead anti tank weapon such as RPG 7

Not really, its just their overused marketing line, because idiotic War Thunder simps thinks healthbar = bad when they ignore that their precious modules also have healthbars (otherwise if a 7.62 somehow got into your tank It would cease to exist)
as a WT player i suggest this game if you are burnt out or want to play something with friends it's simple to learn very arcady and funny but the armor system and some mechanics surpass WT in my opinion

In modern tanks its very hard to find armor piercing rounds so now mostly the use APFSDS- Armor Piercing Fin Stablized Discarding Sabot or how tankers call it: Sabot
