That's the whole point... solid green screen or bright backgrounds can cause colour cast onto your subject. This image is a perfect example of colour fringe because the green is casting onto the subject. You can have any backgrounds you want and if there's a bright light source or any colourful objects in the background it can be seen of the subjects edges.
