About the STATUE beneath the lake: The following is written on a plaque on the bridge, above the statue at the "Blausee" (blue lake); it was carved by sculptor Raphael Fuchs, in memory of a young girl who was found dead there, many years ago. This was the place she spent many romantic hours with her lover. After his sudden death, which she couldn't cope with, she returned to Blue Lake every night, until eventually, she died there of grief. They say the blueness of the lake was caused by her tears. Looks like Skyrim or something. Beautiful
It was just so majestically beautiful. It's been 28 years since I was there and I'll never forget how pristine everything was. Just amazing.
And I love this. ❤
Wow it's been 27yrs for me. I've been all over the world and nothing compares to Switzerland. When anyone asks me where I would go if I had the chance it's always back to Switzerland. 👍🍻
@@pewymcpewerson1395 .
Strictest immigration laws in the first world.
I've heard that it's also very expensive over there too...
Switzerland is so beautiful. If it were possible , I would only imagine what heaven will be like. The Bible says it's not even entered into the heart of man what God has in store for those who love Him.
Its living like hell there, mostly people there are rude, racist, unrespectful, not nice.
Its so few if you find nice person there.
@@HaleyKale-gy3sm oh really, that's not fair

Try to live there, then you experienced it.
@@HaleyKale-gy3sm 😮😮😢
Well that’s sucks that the people are so rude and hateful but they nazi sympathizers and they stayed neutral but they favored the Germans more and a lot them caught for the reich, which I get because they’re closer to them and have always been allies
Even the people are beautiful. Maybe that was once the famous garden?
That roller coaster would be dope!
If earth can get this gorgeous, imagine what heaven will be like 🤩🤩🤩
💯
And also the new earth that GOD will create? This on steroids I bet.
Normally I would add some sardonic quip, but in this case I won't.
@@robertquinlan8063What new earth? I don’t believe in god but I’m curious what that means.

Yep, but the Swiss "whisky" is mediocre
Jo dänn es rächt herzlichs grüezi!
Lucky you so beautiful I’ve always wanted to go to Switzerland 🇨🇭 since a child. The movie Heidi was my favorite movie . You have a beautiful country and it looks so clean and fresh. Take care God Bless You 🇺🇸
Your real home is not pretty bad either
Funny I've always wanted to go to Scotland.💙
It definitely looks like it has all the four seasons in one spot
Sims 4 ahhh music
But in all seriousness, I am from China and I can 100% believe that this is a real place.
The world is beautiful place, yet we're destroying it for greed.
Not “we” … the satanic pharma Nazis & commis are
Yeah. 😭
Or for most of us, just to survive
they need to make condoms free, we're overpopulating to the point that the world's burning, don't need so many people if there's not much stupidity (wars) going on or having 300+ families with the same surname
A specific subset of people are destroying EVERYTHING for greed.
(Don't know if it's true, but it makes for a good tourist attraction.)
Looks more green than blue to me.
….and thank you. I was wondering about that statue.
Sounds like a fairy tale
..it freakin' sure does!!

I love it more knowing that Heidi a childhood story came from that country 😊❤

My parents-in-law live in this exact environment, and they’re the sweetest nicest people. Needless to say I feel so lucky when I get to visit them. ❤ Switzerland is a dream.
YES YES A DREAM COME TRUE AMEN
I'm Swiss and love my country and grew up playing in the Alps. But I've lived in many countries and know each holds treasures just as beautiful.
yeah but america kinda suck tho there’s some interesting places and things, but it’s odd how so many different areas and regions have such diverse weather. it does have some cool things, but overall as a country, not the best.
What languages do those living in Switzerland speak? I’d love to know before I go
We really want to move to another country and live out our days. We're only 60, so we have a few years...we'd DEFINITELY consider leaving MUCH earlier than to retirement age - depends on the truths of Switzerland!! ❤
Would you be so kind as to list the Pros and Cons of Switzerland? - We live in Lower Michigan USA - are accustomed to cold for at *least* 5-6 months. God Bless.
If you decide to actually do this... take all the time you need. Bullet points are fine - go into detail if you feel the need.
(Made up examples cuz we don't know)...
Examples: jobs*, crime rate, cost of living, the people, home prices, rent prices, shelter availability, healthcare etc - whatever you'd like to highlight!
We are dead serious. Thank you!

Wow is there really that much depth to the landscape there, it’s absolutely gorgeous. I have to travel there one day.
I went over 10 yrs ago. This brought back so many memories. I definitely need to return. Switzerland is beautiful it's like a place out of a fairytale book.

Well the groom brothers stories were all set in Southern Germany, so...

😂 ca. 99% of swiss people don’t live in these areas. They work im cities. The weather is often bad (rain, fog, high-fog, clouds). You have to choose the right season and time to get these shots (And the colors looking also polished in these shots..). But yes, there are beautiful places like in other countries too
So sad that people don't get the chance to see our beautiful God given earth
