I watched this video for inspiration and the last exercise, supposedly the toughest, is one I can bust out clean sets of 5. Thanks for making me feel great!!!

I would love to have a rope to do the rope climb. That's pretty cool.
Adamantium core.
I can barely do progressions of dragon flag but I loooooove those excercises. 😍
Takes time to master these exercises, but the result is a steel strong core 💪
Thanks!
Real core strength... good stuff
Thanks for watching!
This is great, coach. I’m your new fan.
Thank you for watching and commenting!
Just watched the previous Video and was kinda bummed that I already mastered all of the ones in it, guess you still got me some work to do in the end though! can't wait to do these.

I tried the wheel yesterday, only rolled with my knees on the floor, my shoulders are killing me today, so sore from that, will try it on tip toes when I m recovered
Oh man, Brutal!
I got sore abs watching this
😂 Us too 😂
Absolutely the best train X Factor!
Been enjoying the various exercises shown, have incorporated them into my workout routines, but they have definitely challenging and stressful on my core. How often should one incorporate these these style movements into their core workout routines?
Wonderful
No joke on these. Honestly i couldn't even get the inverted rope climb and the an wheel is the devil
I’m saving your vid on here
Appreciate it! 🙌
Thank you.
Thank YOU for watching!
Gorgorous the end!¡¡
Freaking Awesome!

Hi coach. I like this video because it doesn't show a common list of the most well-known exercises. Good job!
Fleecy Sky thanks I appreciate that!
Your manerisms (hand movements, specifically) remind me of Cori from Redefining Strength.
And that's a goal physique right there guys
💪💪💪
thank you!
Okay you are my shifu now . Great stuff.
good man continyou
Go Bucks!
Pretty fresh excercises you got. I'm getting so tired of my leg raises on bar all day long. Really like the chinese pushups, eventhough they seem too hard for me yet. ;)
keep working you will get them! Start with your hands closer to your face and then as you get stronger extend your arms farther
Informative channel
That's what we're going for 😉
Lord Have Mercy 🔥 But I’ll Try Them all..

Beast
Thanks for watching and commenting
How many repetitions do we do of these exercises
Excercise no7 is actually tuck planche pushup and not a dip variation, pretty heavy though
thanks! sometimes I just make up a name if I don't know it lol
Wow wow
Some impressive movements, right?! Thanks for watching!
The exercise with the rope and the dips push ups looks deadly... I'll do it soon coach ! #Really
get after it!
How many Reps & Sets should I do Coach?
For most of these movements I do a few warm up sets (say, 2 x 10 kneeling Ab Wheel before the standing Ab Wheel) then either do 1 set of 3-5 or maybe 10 total reps spread out over 5-6 sets. It all depends on how strong your core is. These are compound strength movements - treat them like you would treat strength exercises for upper or lower (squat, DL, Bench, etc.) - low rep, high intensity.
Best
Thanks for watching!
I will try a few . It will be a challenge.
Good luck!
U got this!
This was a great video and I will try this. But I just happened across this video. What is your back ground if you don’t mind me asking

And I realize form is key, but curious if still, you've ever experienced back pain due to these (or other) of the exercises you do?
Ring layouts “Why did I even come here” lol 😩
No.#10's a killer exercise
this guy look so much like joseph gordon levitt
😂😂😂
I don't know the name of the exercise but number 7 I do every day with out knowing but I don't have abs....
❤
❤
Great Fucking Video !
Thanks for watching!
Any tips on how to progress from a standing ab wheel? I've been doing it for quite some time now, and i need to take it to the next level.
Are you asking how to progress up to a standing Ab Wheel or what to progress to after you can do the standing Ab Wheel?
Old School Gym i mean the latter.
try the inverted Rope Climb and the Dragon Flag
Try adding a resistance band. Hold the ends of the band with the roller handles and wrap the middle potion around a pole. You can then get resistance while pulling the roller inward, this will make the concentric part of the exercise harder. The band can get in the way of the roller wheels while rolling out and extending though, so not perfect.
Go even slower as you are extending your body and pause with your nose touching the ground before you pull back up. My only complaint about this video was the standing rollout. Don’t get me wrong it’s a very hard exercise but watch “al kavadlo” do them and it looks way smoother. You can also stand on a weight plate and do them so it’s an incline standing rollout 🤮🤮
🤘🔥
💪🔥
I showed Dragon Flags to a friend of mine who was in really good shape, but he still ended up getting a hernia from them, so be careful.
Ouch! Remember these are all advanced movements, a base of core strength must be built before even attempting them.
Well... he's no beginner. He has a well defined 8-pack and does 300 crunches several times per week and plays soccer professionally. The differences is that my training is higher resistance and lower reps (primarily hanging leg raises w/ the full range of motion). Myself, I was able to get to 20 reps of dragon flags without any issues, except some neck strain. He stopped doing them around 10 reps, when he had his injury. So I think it's useful for people to keep in mind, that even with a strong core, it's a good idea to have other heavy resistance training before attempting these.
I didn't say he was a beginner - I just meant a person should have a strong core before attempting these movements. 300 crunches and an 8 pack does not necessarily equal strength. Crunches are a toning exercise for the abdominals. I may be able to do 400 bodyweight squats but that doesn't mean I can squat 405lbs on a bar. Since you regularly do lower rep strength movements for core that is why you were able to complete them.
dragon flag is basic XD 1 arm dragon flags, front lever, and especially dragon press (far harder than dragon flag) are the best core exercises.
Those tuck blanche dips weren't even full range of motion. you are supposed to lock arms out at end. makes it way harder on your shoulders and its also not much or a core exercise.
planche*
Thanks for that tip!
Your welcome. Sorry if it sounded kinda negative XD. Getting full ROM is great for strong shoulders.
The human flag should be on this list too!! Killer
I guess those seven dislikes are from people who were disappointed because he didn't give the number of sets and reps like in the first video.
Don't get me wrong, I myself liked the video.
We appreciate you checking out the vid - for complete programs, Coach Myers does offer a rather inexpensive ebook. Definitely worth investing in. It's linked in the description of both videos.
Which of those (and the other vid) dont cause a lot of strain on the lower back? I love a core challenge but hate lower back pain. So the roll-out is out of the equation for example. Oh, and pls no bro-science as in (low macho voice here) "y0u gotta train those abs to fight your back pain" :-)
#3 knee killer
No rep count?
Do as many as possible with perfect form - whether that is 1 rep or 20
lower back
Strong Low Back 💪
Abbs
coore
very nice exercises! no doubt you know what youre taalking about but could you please stop using your hands like in bad rap music video..
Thank you for that feedback
but you dont have abs
Come on bro!!!!! Eryone is not on that level...show off
solid list. but for many your form is pretty awful. hate to be that guy, but if youre going to suggest these movements its important to let people know how to properly do them- or to even just say 'this is a more technical movement than youd think, id advise other resources to better develop an understanding' - dragonflag certainly is deserving of this list, though you should better explain how its essential to never bend at the hip and maintain a straight line with your body throughout descent and rise - engages quite a bit of posterior chain.
standing rollouts also are deserving of this list but you're doing them far from correct. quire scary form honestly. there should be absolutely zero bend in your arms. anything short of perfectly straight arms takes tension off the core and makes it into a diff movement. youre also violently bouncing your body off the floor. please be careful. having control is vital and if you cant control yourself, then you don't yet have the strength
there's definitely a solid amount you left out, though I suppose at a certain point they could be classified as high level gymnast moves, and are purposely left off. but to any who are curious, once dragon flags become easy routine you can advance into front levers, and of course even more difficult planche and human flags
Why is this dude posing and standing like that lol looks very awkward and forced
sorry man next time I will try to look cool
When you're in that shape, the coolness is self evident
10 exercices dangerous and usless.
