    I appreciate you...I thinking hard on Air BnB-ing on the island of Antigua in the Lesser Antilles.
    You are inspiring me...
    Thank you!

      Omg thank you for the kind words. I have never been to there but I’ve heard it’s very beautiful. If it’s your goal and you have a plan accompanied by steps you will have it! Of course, do your research and make sure this is what you want then make it happen! The road is not easy so you have to want this whole heartedly😊

    Really great and useful info. Thanks for sharing. I live in the US as well and would love to do this. How often do you travel back to check on the Condos?

      I personally comeback around every three to four months. Some people come once a year just depends on how comfortable you are with your staff and inner workings of your business. Then there are the ones that continue to expand and they relocate to Jamaica full time to grow their business here.
      If you decide to become serious about this business my suggestion is to, continue to do what you are doing…educating yourself about the business. If you are not local to this island you have to learn how to do business here, it is different from home. Knowledge is key to being comfortable with the decision you have to make. This is why we are trying to shade light on the real experience starting and running a business like this here in Jamaica.
      I hope you will continue to follow and learn from our channel as you navigate your journey to building your own empire. Thanks for the comment 😊

      I am trying to be a person that helps people to unlock their inner power to do what they dream of, whatever that may be😊.
      Life can be hard so we ALL need a “happy place” to recharge and receive motivation.

      Amen. 🙏🏾. You’re a God send for real. Blessings always. Maybe in the future a select few of us can meet up for a bid celebration party. I’m happy to host but that will be in 14 years time when I’m finishied building. That’s too
      Long as we don’t know tomorrow, so a meal in A public place with a select number of us would be awesome. 🙏🏾❤️👊🏾

      Fourteen years !!! No, don’t put that energy out in the universe. Better to set a date and believe it will happen by any means necessary as you work towards that accomplishment.
      I never thought about a meet up but maybe in the future, when I am done I will look into it. I’ve heard there are many like minded people that have formulated groups here in for the sole purpose of networking. I don’t know any specifically but if I find any I will bring it up in the channel.

      I know. I’m sorry. I only said that number as it’s a massive build and it’s from pocket and I want high end finishes. A contractor already said he’d want $jmd130M 😢😢. No sah. Mi cyarn do dat so just gonna take my time on my small income. Yes I think like minded people like us and maybe 1-3 UA-camrs should have a big dinner party or beach day where we network and have fun. I’m over the negative people in my life. Had to let the naysayers go. Thanks for your encouraging words.

    I'm really enjoying your content. Keep up the good work. What is a good way to get "affordable" properties in Ocho Rios?

    • @pardontv876

      Thank you so much for the kind words. We are happy you find our content useful.
      Finding “the right” properties in Jamaica can be done, sometimes a little extra work and effort may have to be put forth to get them in
      nonconventional ways. I will attach a video for you of how we got our properties here in Jamaica. Basically in short, you may have to do a little more to land those great deals 😊

    I use rechargeable bulbs along with a movable light source.

    Nice walk thru... where did u get your kitchen backsplash? And the glass top was it glued? Thanks and big congratulations 🎉

    • @pardontv876
      @pardontv876  3 місяці тому +1

      The glass table top was not glued it was just laid directly on the table. I can remove it at anytime. I placed cushions underneath the glass so it holds it in place and does not slide. The backsplash was brought in from the USA about 3 plus years ago. I was able to get extra supples off someone that was done with a project. I will be selling my extra supples as well so make sure you follow us on Instagram to see what we have left. It’s not much but it has to go. Unfortunately it will not be the backsplash. Thanks for your comment

      Thank you. Was looking at the same 1. They're not noisy are they?

    • @pardontv876
      @pardontv876  Місяць тому

      I don’t find them to be noisy. I always tell anyone to definitely read the reviews to be confident about your purchase. In the end, pillow protector are an excellent choices to preserve your pillows and a MUST if you are renting your place to the public😊

    You don't need 30 knives in a Airbnb you need to have like three cutting knives and the rest to eat with. People will steal them it's not just tourists coming to airbnbs I'm sure locals go there too and they need those things foreigners don't.

    • @pardontv876
      @pardontv876  3 місяці тому

      You are correct give the basic whatever that means to you as a host. I definitely agree 30 knives ….well🤣🤣😉
      At the time of the theft I only had 3 knifes out and came back to two. If they have it planned to steal they will take it even if it’s the only one. I have found if you are a thief you will steal whether there is one, two, or several. I definitely have stories to back it up. Fortunately I don’t experience theft often and when I have ironically it has been single items things that is so obvious it was taken.
      Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me as well as offering suggestions. I love to hear from others since it’s a learning experience for most of us 😊.
