Great information guys I am 67 years old 300lbs and on day 3 having watched Richard’s video on types of keto and opted for clean keto but I am currently eating carnivore (not fancying avocado or broccoli) which as been a total shock to the body but I will do this, taking electrolytes twice a day and my water as salt added because I am peeing like a co op horse. Thanks again
I gave up coffee 3 weeks ago. If anything I feel worse for it. I used to drink 1-2 cups a day, one caffeinated and one decaf. I will never give up Vitamin D. Along with K2. Benefits far outweigh any possible downsides.
Just a footnote, there is caffeine in decaf. They claim 99%, but that's by weight of the whole bean, not the caffeine weight. There is generally 10-20% by weight of the caffeine still left.
I am 81 and drink about 6 full mugs of strong caffeinated coffee daily. I have done this for some 30 - 30 years. I used to have horrific arthritis in my feet making it difficult to walk. I became carnivore in June 2023. After 10 months all of my disabling arthritis pain disappeared, along with other health issues. Now, what do you say about me??
