Yes. I try to limit checking the news to 2-3 times a day. It’s good to stay informed but it can be very depressing. I do balance that with things that bring me joy, like watching videos and live-streams of some of my favorite musicians.
Excellent. I check the local news once a day as that's all I can handle. I've found that I'm happiest with a structured day and divide my day into segments. 👍🌷
