    Love the happiness habits tracker! And you're right, I always find that after doing yoga or going for a walk, I suddenly don't feel like unhealthy snacking anymore. More of the good, less of the bad :)

      I agree! This is one of the reasons I love doing Yoga first thing in the morning, start the day off in the best way possible!

    Yes. I try to limit checking the news to 2-3 times a day. It’s good to stay informed but it can be very depressing. I do balance that with things that bring me joy, like watching videos and live-streams of some of my favorite musicians.

    Excellent. I check the local news once a day as that's all I can handle. I've found that I'm happiest with a structured day and divide my day into segments. 👍🌷

    Thank you so much Sarah! I’m really working on catching my negative self dialogue and turning it to positive as soon as I catch myself doing it. Starting to see an improvement after a week already! It really changes my mood 😁 🌈 Stay Safe 🌈

      I have! They are both amazing, but I would say Frozen 2 is more about self-discovery and finding your path. Plus, there is some awesome music! :)
