Can you do some “forbidden” throws that are no longer allowed in sport judo but are part of traditional Judo? Like some kinshi waza? Love your channel!
My judo instructor was a Green Beret. We dive deep into Kinshi waza almost every class. Just for self defense purposes.
@@randymerta3406 ya there’s some pretty cool techniques that’ll make sure you’re safe for sure haha
Nice!
This throw got me verbal. Slick stuff. Wish there was a place to train Judo near where I was. Good stuff!
Can we see drills where your opponent has boxing gloves and trys to hit you while you just do different throws, trips, etc, no-gi of course. That'd be awesome to watch, hope I get heard🤙
Very, very cool. 👏👏👏👏
Nice.
Wow. George got some serious airtime on that one haha. Great combo
Excellent
Жёстко уложил))

Gooooooooood
George
A true friend 😜
These look cool to pull off.
I've been thinking, how does Judo work against boxers, since they tighten their arms and keep them strong, it's hard to grab them and go for a judo throw
...They will also keep moving and bobbing and weaving. A possible take down for boxers is shooting for the legs (illegal in judo competitions but not BJJ) and do a single or double leg takedown. From a Traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu perspective you may also be able to keep them at a distance with low kicks - especially to the knee.
You don't need to grab the arms. Just grab them around the waist, lift them up and go for ura nage or o-goshi
@@carlberentzen699 could work, until they are big large heavy. I need to hit the gym to be able to throw heavy guys, I have a hard time in Judo against them
@@minorityofone1510 Thank you. Great advices
@@leoashura8086 I actually left the gym because I was getting too bulky for throwing big guys. I found that if you tinker with the technique and size up your opponent and find their fulcrum you can fold them a little easier
The “twitch”
Maybe a de ashi harai instead tani otoshi could work?
