You are so right. I feel very much the same. Easy to work on, fast, good handling for what it is and super tough. Minimal mods to make it more reliable compared to my other rc's.
Your absolutely right, i love my X-Maxx. Durabil, fast, loud and easy to work on. Also most people who walk near will notice it and mostly like it :). Its the ultimate Rc car and still the unbeaten Nr.1. A pure basher to do nothing less than destroy everything in its way.

Typhon should be ok this list IMO. It’s literally a race inspired chassis. I’ve beaten 1/8 buggies that cost twice as much with good drivers behind the wheel. Sent it 30 ft up landed to flat and drove off. Change your diff weight, front, center and rear diffs for some great handling.
Mmm no mention of the Traxxas rustler 2WD vxl which is an absolute animal 3s beast however I do understand it's been going since 2007 good choices keep up the good work love your videos
Forget Traxxas. Get a 4s truck $500+ . Oh wait sorry, Traxxas only uses stock proprietary batteries .. 4s battery $150... Oh wait one more thing, it only uses proprietary CHARGERS too. $150-$600. So your $500 car is not really $500 it's$1000 and up. Fu** Traxxas meh

The XMAXX will forever hold the throne , make no mistake there is no such thing as a XMAXX killer , the Alpha Male of all Bashers . I picked the UDR above the Mojave , the realism the UDR brings , slightly pushed the truck one step in front of the Mojave . Your number 10 pick being the Tenacity , i think i would fill that spot with the Lasernut .
Yeah, the UDR is more realistic for sure. One of the best "scale" desert trucks. The Mojave is better for bashing and general ripping though. The Mojave is one of my favorite trucks
Got my first “adult” (aka big kids lol) rc car back in July. Had a hard time choosing took me months and countless videos and reviews to pick. Seen a few of your guy’s videos in my search. For me it came down to the hoss and maxx. I was out with the kids and my girlfriend and I wanted to stop at the local hobby shop and I was gonna get 1 of them. The maxx i seen hanging on the wall and asked what 1s they had. Had 2 the flare and the rock n roll. Rock n roll came home that day. I kid you not it was 10 minutes out of the box with a full battery I broke the rear axle. I have fixed it broken it and upgraded it. It will take a beating. I wanted a bigger 1 but didn’t take long I chose the arrma kraton 8s
Heavy is the crown, but the X completely deserves #1. I love it! If I had to change anything on the list, I'd probably drop the ZD & UDR in favor of the Typhon 6s & INFRACTION/felony/limitless. Great content as always!
I have the kraton 8s a friend has the x-max and another friend has another kraton 8s the kraton 8S seems to accelerate a slight bit faster and the kraton 8's is stronger in the tug-of-war pool the x-maxx probably handles a little better and that's it but I love my kraton
I have a corally dementor for a full year now on 4s lipo and its bulletproof i did everything with it have 2 kids i pulled forward on street 60 kg and of just took it now after a year i destroyed the middle dif but the car is amazing now looking for the kronos xtr looks even stronger than the dementor
honestly, the traxxas stampede is kinda bad- its fast, not that durable with the servo saver, it pops wheelies and ruins the body, and its not bruhsless.
Slash Ultimate is what I recently picked up as my 1st RC since the 80s when I had a Hornet and I absolutely love it. I've only run it 2s but will add fans and upgrade a few bits and try 3s soon!

I agree with Joe on the EXB Kraton but if you're more into bashing than racing I'd go with the XMAXX especially now that they have the wide kit out It turns it into a whole different beast I'm more of a track guy myself so I'd have to go with the EXB Kraton 👍 All the RCs on the list etc are awesome RCs Definitely a great list of RCs for 2021 Can't wait to see what's next for 2022 🔥👍✌️

Dear friends do not buy DBX 7 it is not a hobby great car... It's really hard to find spare parts Even they say it's a good truck it's not a good truck... It's just a Chinese one too complete with the real Hobie grade cars but they just doing to get them money... I do respect you too but it's not a good car do not waste your money on this
I have nothing to say about this list it generally is a nice list. HOWEVER although I won 4 traxxas x maxx LOL I would have to say they are a good truck but cost yonks Id acctually reccomend the gas LOSI 5IVE-T OR If you dislike loud then try the electric version they are sturdy and nearly unbreakable. This is my opinion I own 3 of each so goodluck finding what YOU Like

Instead of adding fans add an intake and exhaust cutout with a heat sink, it’s much more effective.
