The best thing about Alexa is that she doesn't take herself to serious. Especially in this kind of business it is so refreshing to see someone down to earth, just a woman who really appreciates the art of fashion and not being too fuzzed about being one of the rich & famous.
I agree. She is quite a lot of fun to watch. She has a wicked sense of humor and I love how she is somewhat delightfully irreverent possibly to those who may take themselves too seriously.
Real artists don't take themselves too seriously. They tend to be chill, goofy, etc, whilst being so effortless and highly individual. I've noticed it's the wannabes that try to convey a vibe of being something they're not. I mean her favourite jumper is from a charity shop! Love her charismatic charm

@Joe Kinchicken "Oriental"? Have we gone back to the 1950s? Just a heads up "oriental" is used to describe rugs and lamps now, not people.
Also, shaming her for her thin legs was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. Different people can be healthy at different sizes and that's all that matters.

Ok the camera man is a delight. I love his descriptive name of colors ha also what a beautiful collection!! That gold fringey dress was so elegant. Between the 2 videos, you really highlighted the hard work that goes behind the scenes of such garments and gave credit to those that took part.

I like that she has the "cameraman" giving his input...he is knowledgeable.It is easy to get lost and just blab about...but that "man" made it more intersting. Well done.
The cameraman is Loïc Prigent. He's been doing fashion documentaries for years and has now a UA-cam channel.
Loic is a very respected fashion journalist of paris
He's the best " carte de visite" in the fashion world. You'll see in his videos
"Fashion for the 1 percent" I have never heard such a consise and perfect description of haute couture.

I know Alexa is not one to take herself serious, but these videos were a small documentary like Dior and I, she literally made a part of history for us to see. I mean, talk about a true legend, someday there will be a giant atelier and amazing show for AC

Thank you Alexa for sharing this with the 90% who will never be able to afford one of these items but many of us have never been to a fashion show either. I enjoyed every moment of both parts, very insightful and I love how you talk to people like you've known them for years and how easy you just walked around like you belong there. It's like having a best friend who's telling you all these amazing things she's done /doing.

This was so perfect, it was personal but inspirational and professional all at once. I'm not huge into fashion but this really made me appreciate everything these people go through and do from designing the clothes to walking in them. Loved it.

Alexa Chung is always honest which makes a Behind The Scenes doc a great watch. While I agree, couture (I mean haute couture) can be worn anywhere, I have to be a little cynical. The last place one wants to wear haute couture is to a divorce hearing involving financial matters.
I could not have bothered to give my 25 minutes watching a brand’s haute couture if it was not for the fresh, witty, quirky and seemingly unbiased Alexa... which is very British, despite you wanting to be French😃... entertaining show 👏🏼

Seeing the Dior Haut Couture Show backstage and understanding their theme and message this year, was wonderful. Thank you so much. So happy I found this channel and really look forward to Alexa’s humor. Love those shoes with the bow at the heel and love your makeup! Wish I could achieve the perfect cat eye but my lids are aging and I can’t seem to “do” my eyes, ugh! Never thought I would age and become 56! I still feel like I’m in my 30’s!

Thanks for such a cool opportunity to be a small part oft the world, i won't be able to see. Seeing these absolutly amazing clothes i really want to take some fabric and create even if it will never came anywhere near the perfection, theses dresses have. But it's so refreshing to see the young women represent Dior on flat heels, being able to walk properly.
And a big thanks too to you for being nice and funny without taking everything for granted.
