    I like your positive approach so much! :) And I know this might not work for everyone, but once I´ve accepted my period and my body, the pain just disappeared and I actually enjoy my period now. Of course, healthy lifestyle is a big part of it too, but I believe that you have to be at peace with your femininity in order to have painless periods :)

    I’m currently on day 2 lol. I personally barely eat during the first few days 😭 It’s definitely not healthy. So thank you for the simple meal ideas! The miso soup looks delicious 🤤

    Red raspberry leaf has been a life saver for me (pill form). I was constantly bleeding very heavily from some fibroids that I have in my uterus, and this has helped the bleeding stop. Along with birth control pills I now have a normal cycle.

    these look so good? I love that you show how easy it is to get in lots of iron on a vegan diet, its the main reason why my sister quit her's :'( my fav period food is lot of dark chocolate.

    Loved it! I love to drink ginger tea while on my moon cycle. I actually have some wakame seaweed, so gonna have that tomorrow. Warm foods are bae during my time of the month. Also, since I've been exercising more, it's much lighter and little to no PMS. You've gained a new subbie 💕

    I love that you shared this because I am on a journey to be gluten-free and lessen how much animal products I eat even though it kinda rare now. I don’t have celiac but my stomach is super sensitive. Anyway thank you for all your recipes and tips and everything you do. 🥰🤍

      Yes girl I hear u making sure u get all ur nutrition mag zinc vit d foliate calcium all important for energy b12 foods. Yes and ginger cuz they help I eat very small but frequently bcuz I feel weak and nausea and pain do to ibs c no meds though

    hey love your videos.
    I am always afraid of using seaweed due to thyroid problems. I normally put a teaspoon of wakame so in your experience you put a lot on your soup (how much ?). I am not an expert and just read the recomendations on the packages. Thanks

      If you have a thyroid problem you definitely need to check with your doctor because it can be impacted by too much iodine :) I can't recommend how much you should use as I'm not a doctor/don't know your situation. I personally use as much as desired but I don't have thyroid issues, so it's not a recommended amount for anyone else. Hope that makes sense!

      Yes great chips also a plant based eater love stir fry tempeh and organic soy milk i like nuts seeds like berries pineapples mangoes apple skins only and bananas not big fruit fan but lUV greens and beans and thin green beans quinoa basmati brown rice. Like plantains turnips parsnips sweet potatoes garlic red onions beyond meats is ok for tortillas chia flaxs hemp seeds r good all my plant based milk r no sugar.added. Vans cereal or steel cut oats or Old fashioned rolled oats r good. Plain Yogurt is good or mixed berry low sugar added if I cant find no sugar added.

    Lol I can't relate to the no sweet tooth during your cycle thing. I crave so much sugar leading up to and during my period it's crazy. Which is also bad because eating sugar makes cramping worse .-.

      Sweet tooth during the cycle can point to some blood sugar instability. Have you tried eating more fiber your luteal / bleed phase in your cycle?

      @@CycleCoachAcademy ah I haven’t thought about fiber specifically. I always assumed it was because I’m always eating sweet things, and a heightened sensitivity during that time makes my cravings stronger lol

      Hunger before you period is totally normal! We're burning about 16% more calories in the luteal phase, right before our periods.

    I start being vegetarian for 4 yrs ago, i eat only regular cheese, thats why im still vegetarian;and now since december 2019, i Start to have inbalance period. And in may i don't have my period, so i don't know if i have to start eating Meat again, but i don't want 😔, so i don't know what to do,to have a balance and healthy period.

    your whole dinner was a miso soup?😨 I would eat that as an apperitif...I eat 4 times more than you...I am so SO hungry!!! how do you manage to make your appetite so small? I would love to be able to reduce my intake like you do

      Why would you want to reduce your intake according to what someone else eats? You should always listen to and honour your appetite! 🤍 As a reminder, you can make a soup a meal pairing it with complex carbohydrates, like rice (as I did) and eat multiple bowls (as I did too). That’s why you should never use what I eat in a day videos to compare because it’s difficult to communicate all that we really eat and impossible to gauge calorie density or portion size. For example once I film my soup I’m done filming and just want to enjoy my meal. Hope that helps 😌

      @@Veggiekins it does❤ thank you so much :) I guess it's because I have pcos and have difficulties keeping a healthy weight that I worry about my portions when I see other people being healthy with smaller portions, but I will keep what you said in mind🥰
