My old hood. I went an art school in Hongdae and had an art studio near the subway station until I moved to US. It was not as touristy and more of artists studios. All artists came out and hang out around 2-4am and it was so much fun. It is nothing like when I was there but I still recognized some areas.

It's like a little late but..
If you doubt the price... Beware of scams when traveling to Vietnam unless you are accompanied by a local.
I think it would be good to check receipts or payment information from time to time.
And, in case you ever travel to Japan, be careful about lunch boxes at restaurants or convenience stores near Fukushima.
There is a possibility of Fukushima radiation hazard.
(It was also covered in a Korean TV documentary.)
There is information about the level of radiation risk by region in Japan.
When Koreans travel to Japan, when the local Korean embassy is near a danger zone in Japan, it notifies you by phone text message step by step.
It is said that even Japanese locals hate Fukushima.
It is often said that the country of origin is deceived.
The Japanese government sits on the sidelines, rather, mobilizes celebrities to promote Fukushima food as safe to the world.
Some of the celebrities who were mobilized for the promotion are fighting the disease from exposure to radiation.
Tap water near Fukushima can also be dangerous.
