Hi coach Charles I have a question which is one of your videos abott it static hook that I should pivot back feet instead of the front one. That made me confused because coaches teach us in beginning to do a cross then pivot with the front foot. So what the mechanics of the body and will you make a video to help us understand those things?

Good question Ahmed - the simple idea is that because of the asymmetry of the stance position the front and back feet are not the same. Use the front foot only to anchor your position, then use your back foot to develop rotations for your punches. I will definitely make a video on this because it is a hard topic for everyone.
Coach what is better to speed up my punches, using dumbbells or elastic bands?
Elastic bands are better for safer resistance but light handweights are more efficient when it comes to shadowboxing and moving
