I didn't even know that solid versions of this chain existed. cool
I know, me neither. To be honest with you this one was the first one I've seen and decided to buy it just for that reason. I love the style but it isn't one of my main "go-to" chains. I just like the classic style and weight, great chain to keep in the collection! Thank you for watching and commenting. We have a ton of other jewelry videos, you should check them out (especially our 24k gold jewelry videos!)
@@razvandragos5215 Yes I've watched most of your videos I think. Pretty awesome collection. I've got a couple silver chain videos on my channel you should check out!
That is beautiful I want one!!
It really is a gorgeous piece!
Did you make this? If so how do you make that style link? I've made Cuban chains and what not but want to try to make other styles aswell thank you for you time!
Im doin a gucci link bracelet rn and i was wondering how did u sand it before polishing
No sanding or anything that we know of. We bought it like this!
What tools are neededbto make the links? I have experience with normal round links but there is really a demand for the Gucci links where I'm from
Very nice chain I've been looking for one of those but can't find them in my country. Where did you get this one?
Aellias , Yes it is, and they’re pretty rare and when you do find them they are most likely hollow and not solid like this one (this has about 45 grams or so) This chain has been in the family for a while now, and from the markings on the clasp and oval ring it was tracked to an Italian jeweler in Arezzo, Italy and the chain was hand made in the early 1960's
@@razvandragos5215 Thats awesome! It has some good background. I hope I find one one day .
You can Buy them in tunisia. I got Mine there in august its 925 sterling silver and they dont cost much There

Just bought 2 from flea market. Tested as silver and one is 4mm 26 inch and the other 8mm 28 inch. Im curious were did you buy yours?
CHON PANCHON All my jewelry comes from jewelry stores or from jewelry sellers that I know personally.. Flea market has fake stuff that’s plated. Will test for silver in a scratch test but just because you’re scratching the silver plating off.. be careful!
@@razvandragos5215 oh i know i tested with acid, ice, magnet' and scratched a little on sand paper.i took it to a pawnshop and they checked every thing and turned out to be silver. I was lucky to find them for a good price.50 for both and all it had was tarnish. But thanks tho for the advice.
Sounds to me like you found a surprisingly good deal in a surprisingly “jewelry shady” place; Good job!
@@razvandragos5215 thanks razvan dragos

To be honest with you I don't know, I had a friend that had listed it on craigslist for sale and I told him to sell it to me instead
