OMG!!😢😮 what happened to Festac? 30 years since I left Nigeria and to see this derelict town is disheartening to my core. My friends used to live in festac. I used to be jealous because it was so beautiful and organized. We as young girls will walk all over just to admire roads and abience.
Damn!. This is so sad what has happened to our country. My heart is heavy with sorrow on what these useless governments have done nothing to help his/her people.

Seeing Festac Town, one of the world's best-designed estates, in such a disorganized-or rather, quite disorganized-state is extremely disheartening. For crying out loud, festac town was meant to be a residential neighborhood only for families......not a commercial area for roadside shops. The Nigerian government system's inability to maintain even the most basic standards of estate cleanliness and road maintenance is rather depressing. In case you didn't know, Festac Town used to be a well-liked weekend getaway spot for tourists from all over the nation and the world at large. The people responsible for Enforcment of the rule of law should please step up and do something to bring back the cleanliness that Fastic town was once known for..........furthermore, make it residential only estate again. Thanks
