Gotta keep em humble, I was talking to a dude at work the other day and he was like Yea we bought our daughter a cruze but she didn't like it so we gave her my Wife's BMW instead and now we drive the cruze. WHAT.
Wow, it seems so fast. I had to remind myself that the speedometer is in MPH and not KPH. And Car and Driver managed 27 mpg on their highway test. BMW still builds amazing engines, that’s for sure.
I’m 23 and working a sales job making over $450,000 a year before taxes. It’s 100% possible through skills you build over years. I worked multiple jobs in high school and worked at building sales skills until recently when I landed this job. Now I can afford something like this and a 458 if I finance both. Without a doubt possible. I used to be very pessimistic too.
I am so glad I came across your reviews and your channel. Big fan and a new subscriber, love your reviews, so honest and straight to the point. Good work!!
11:58 "maybe we'll skip the executive pack to keep them humble" LMAO kept me laughing for more than i expected watching a tedward video. great vid as always, keep them coming!
I love me some big body sedans (especially with V8 power, for whatever reason). You just feel _successful_ driving them; that's honestly the best way to describe the feeling.
I just miss the days when the 7 Series looked good. It's been a really, REALLY long time. Have to go all the way back to the E38, which was last made in 2000? 2001? So it's been a minute.
F01 Facelift was a beautiful car and actually the best looking in my opinion, next goes to the e38, e32 then e66, then G11 then e23 after that the “new six”. Personally how I order them from best to least.
My teenage job is working at dealership, running car between dealers but mostly bmw. From customers classic m3’s and other unique collectors to new m series, i series, x series all that. The X7 is MASSIVE and they make us drive it up this cramped ramp trying not to damage these hundreds of thousands of dollar cars lmao. I even had an alpina b7 come through and good lord that thing was insane
For the Lane keep assist: it is probably Set to "early" Set it to medium with the Button next to the Hazard Lights, Then it still keeps you in Lane nicely but Not as aggressive :)
completely off topic, but I've been playing a bunch of driving games recently instead of actually driving, cause of corona, and I just gotta say, seeing you on the right side of the road some how threw me off and I'm American lol
Would you be able to review another RS3 at some point? I like when you are able to drive by yourself and not be restrained by the owner in the passenger seat. If you know what I mean lol
Perhaps you need to drive a full size pickup to get a idea of what a big vehicle is on the highways of the USA. The 7 series is a flagship luxury vehicle far from a barge.
Glad it included a rearward facing light, and a frontward facing light, although I’m surprised they undermined the importance of a Tedward facing light 🤔
Very well researched presentation. I have one and I definitely do not recommend the seat massage/ ventilation. I have it on my 2020 750i but this option made the seat nobbly, hard and uncomfortable compared to 7-series without this option. This is because of the elements that they had to insert for massage and ventilation. It honestly is a useless gimmick that I used perhaps only 3 or 4 times in the first few weeks of ownership but never used it again, just like the sandwich maker that every household has but to only be used once or twice. However, the laser lights are wonderful and a must. They light up the road very very very clearly more than half a mile ahead, even with so many cars ahead or coming opposite, with its clever selective beam block around cars in front. The 180 degrees front and back cameras are a godsend when joining a tight badly visible T junction or backing up from my tight garage exit straight into busy road with no visibility till half the car back is in the busy road. Also, when you drive into a tight unfamiliar tortuous path only to discover that the only way out is to back up, then just press a button, let go the steering wheel and the car will trace exactly the same path backwards. Also the drive recorder which will record with 4 cameras all around the car 20 seconds before you press the button and 20 seconds after. It also spontaneously record in case it senses an accident. I also regularly do 37mpg (imperial gallons) on my regular weekly 488 miles round trips between south London and north Manchester. If you enjoy serene calm driving like I do, this car is a dream to drive and makes you feel the dignity of being of the human race.
I think I'm ready for a big sedan, like a XJR supercharged x350 or something like that, Lexus or anything with a nice leather, v8, auto, etc etc. and you know what, one day I'm gonna do it, not because of you, but thanks to you :D I don't know I think I enjoy every aspects and opposites the car world has to offer ahah
For me, the 7-series is as good as its ever been right now. I should love it, but the styling makes it so difficult. If I was to have one, I would definitely be skipping the M bodykit haha.
@@TedwardDrives well my parents X6 has the new updated interior. It looks similar to this but the gear selector, infotainment and climat control looks like its from iDrive 7. Love your vids tho. Thanks for the ❤!

Audi s8, and bmw m760i
For me, it is the last gen S65. That insane starter noise, 1100 nm @ 1750 rpm, the wide fenders and the luxury is on another level. Love that car.
Gotta say, probably either an XJR or an S8 for me.
W221 S65s are great, I think the best modern one would by the LS500.
S8 and Flying Spur are pretty nice

all in a day's work
“And no we’re not going to get frisky” 🤣

Nothing better to start off your weekend then a relaxing big ass Schnitzelexpress ride with Tedward 💙

Saw a black one of these today. So stout and commanding when parked, the large grills definitely help the look of the 7 series.
