  • After my first session with my Sweeet Hand Wing & I managed to put two small tears in the canopy. Great news is the next day it is fixed and barely noticeable!!!
(I thought, anchoring my Wing downwind of my board was smart until a North wind ... 😅 blew my wing onto my foil. I think the canopy would have been fine if the wing fell on the foil ... but the wind was blowing strong on it for a bit ... solid south wind all day ... probably a wind eddy!?! I plan to use a safe a separate anchor from now on)
I want to give a big shout out to Matt with The Kite Lesson.
    thekitelesson....
I sent him some photos / info and he called me back super fast. He said he would be happy to do a pro repair but baced on the size of the cuts and the location he recommended. I use Tear-Aid type A. He said he has tryed other tape patches with not as much success "I mean there is even a picture of a Kite on the box"! I will hire Matt if I need more indepth repairs in the future.
Thanks Mike Bryan for recommending me to Matt.
Thanks Northwest Wing Foiling for great additional advice.
Let me know if you have any questions.
    Jonathan R.
