i did my muffler delete today exactly as is in this video and kept my stock tips. This video is the one that ignited the initial flame. it is louder than i expected but so far im loving it. cant keep my foot off the accelerator and i love the sound during gear shift especially under hard acceleration. driving in an underground parkade is especially pleasant. Best part is the cost. If I had to convert it to USD with TODAY'S exchange rate then i paid a measly $39.54 for the muffler delete and i got to keep my stock pipes.
I did not expect them to sound this good.

@@fightworld101 it is the M112 e32 . 3.2 L v6. Has 12 spark plugs tho.
bought my srt6 last Friday, deleted the muffler the next day.. sounds amazing

It's hard to gage how loud it actually sounds in the video. I'm interested in doing this but worried it may be too loud for where I live. I don't want to annoy my neighbors. For apartment living would this be too loud? Opinions welcomed.

Yes, just look at the spoiler. The SRT-6 has a fixed spoiler.

I saw this video and just got mine done same day lol but the shop said they could use the tips like yours or my stock muff so I had to get it into one big exhaust dip ? How did u get your tips to fit
Can you undo a muffler delete? Is it easy or cheap?
By the looks of it they bodged it and welded directly to the pipe rather than putting a flange on. you could undo it but would cost you a new backbox, a decent garage would have created the whole backbox area with straight through but flanged it so you could keep your original and replace it if required.

Too bad the one in the video is not a srt 6 ....stock xfires 0-60 is like 7 sec. I have an 07 6sp and its not really slow when your in 2nd gear and above its actually pretty quick and tops out at 155
