While I love Stewart Lee, Armando is my comedy hero. He had a hand in pretty much all the seminal stuff I watched growing up. The Armando Iannucci Show is one of the most unsung at the time. And his films like 'In the Loop' and 'The Death of Stalin'. When you hear him on radio shows and things like this, you can just see what a genius he is.
They are actually of the genus man I think. But, I only know a bit of it tbh-like that . Laughing 😅 just in case you didn't get any of it. Is it genus?
I loved this because I didn't know Stewart Lee had, had cellulitis. And also I didn't know M&S sold whiskey in cans. Fascinating. Nah, only kidding.. Stewart Lee is brilliant as ever . .

Actually I can tell Ronnie Laing from KD Lang and she has a beautiful voice and expresses herself in song with a facility that Ronnie couldn't. I used to dislike Stewart but he's a favourite now. And Frank Skinner is not even from West Bromwich. He's from Oldbury. Robert Plant, who can't really "sing" as such, is from West Bromwich. Steve Winwood and Rob Halford, who can sing are from Brum and Walsall respectively.
The older I get the more I realise, Stewart has created a persona that is the most miserable comedian, and has fully embraced it, and wakes up day after day and has realised he is trapped, because he can't "end" that misery... Because It might make someone he hates laugh. Which... Is everyone. And I respect that, because I think at some point every man realises this. He might just be a genius. Or not.
