    Of course not. The law is a law, however, if Cleveland DECIDES to not make space for a new stadium they can't impose their will on a private business owner who clearly has the best interest of the club always in focus. There are other laws that supercede a civic code. It would never hold up in court.

      Yes it can lol. The state of Ohio courts will never agree with the owner on this matter. The owner would have to take it all the way to the US supreme court which could take 7 to 10 years no way that’s ever happening.

      @@TheSSUltimateGoku I think you need to read the legislation. It's very flimsy. I'm serious. I looked into it. I'm not doubling-down on everything I said prior to knowing like I do now. The courts would find in favor of the Haslems.
