just got my controller today and out of the box my left top bumper sticks and they left the bottom left and right bumpers black, they also left the pause and menu buttons black, im not saying it doesn’t work it works beautifully and definitely makes me better at building in fort😂 but they don’t have a team that checks quality before shipping, they test if it works not how it looks. 3/5 controller works great but could look a lot better (not the colors i know i picked that and i’m happy with the color way, im not happy with the inconsistency of quality)

Hi, I've been looking at you guys website and was wondering if you could possibly give my a link to a good custom in the 160's?
I’ve been dealing with left analog PS5 controller stick drift for a few days now and I am really annoyed with mom that I can’t even tell her about it without her complaining at me about “don’t drop it” blah blah blah, but as far as specifically dropping it, I could’ve sworn that the casing of a PS5 controller was sturdy enough to not break. I can’t tell mom about controller issues without her actually yelling at me. Sure I’m clumsy but not so clumsy that I break it every time I drop it as I play anything. Drifting is BAD on Skyrim right now and I don’t even know what to do about that, because I’m tired of being complained at. Have been having a blast on Skyrim lately. Upgraded a couple dragon priest masks and stored some stuff in my Vlindrel Hall house. If I can keep my controller from going psycho on me long enough to play it, I plan to do the investigation leading to Cidhna Mine quest, then the mine itself. Take care !!!!!

I cant find a answer online but does getting the mouse click buttons require that you lose the rumble feature on a controller?
Rumbles are removed for back buttons (action buttons) only. You can request for the rumbles to remain in if you do not get them.

Hey y’all, I don’t mean to resort to commenting on a video but at this point what’s the worst that’s gonna happen. I recently sent in an email on the 14th of August, case number #WUIKI0. I placed an order for my controller on June 15th and in my email I simply was asking for an eta on my build since the date I sent it was week 11 of build time. Since sending the email I have not received a response and I understand sending multiple emails resets your position in queue. So, all I am wondering is if you guys could take a look at that order and case number and shoot me back a response that would be amazing! Again I do apologize for resorting to the YT comment section but I didn’t really know what to do since it’s been over 2 months since the build should have been finished and over a month from when I sent my initial email.
