thanks for the help i needed more tips on hitting, one more thing could you put a class of what hit is most effective for different types of players like hitting the QB or a big RB or a little RB? because it can be hard to tackle someone smaller or bigger at different points. also I play on kick off i always go as hard and fast as i can at the ball carrier but i want to be safe and i dont want to cach any flags can you give some tips or links for that? thank you.
Joey, the biggest thing I noticed when you take your drops is that you are holding the ball too high. If you hold the ball above your shoulder like you do in the videos, you will be prone to getting the ball stripped by a defender from behind. The ball should be held against your chest with each tip of the ball pointing down and up. This will help you secure the ball on your drop and movement in the pocket. Only raise it to shoulder height when ready to throw.
Hey, this is my last year playing football at maryvale high school, I'm playing quarterback, and since your a football mentor, I thought you could help me out, I uploaded some videos of spring training this year and I was hoping you could check them out and give me some tips on what I could work on to get better, I want to get better . I really need to win the quarterback battle this summer. Please help me out.
I'm a wrestler, weigh 150lbs and i'm 5ft 5in tall. I took a quiz to see what position is best for me (I want to hit people). LB seems to be the most recommended. I rather be a lineman but i'm just not big enough, lol.
Their going to high

You can play lineman trust I was the same weight as you last year and I played offensive and defensive linemen
Depending on how fast you are safety could also be a option
Corner back, Safety, and Line backer hit the most on defense. On offense its running back and sometimes wide receiver
good video !
Thanks I will be using these tips for practice cause the coaches don’t help as mich
