Worth it
Yea, those houses aren’t $400,000-$500,000 no more. More like $800,000 now. Crazy to know how expensive Tennessee is. I know this was 2021, but it’s kind of unfair to people who want to buy a decent house. Not blaming anything on you two gentleman, just frustrated on how expensive Nashville area is now. Oklahoma City is going to be the new Nashville, just wait.
I do applaud you two gentleman for all the hard work you do and I would not be opposed to reaching out when I want to buy a house one day.
