Yeah!! ANDY!! :-) These are the type of videos I have always wanted to see from Mantic Games. My biggest issue with the social media stuff like videos was well Ronnie would do them and well they would be so fast (in terms of talking or showing something on screen for half a second) These type of videos are much better, can see things in better detail and doesnt feel rushed :-) being using Mantic stuff for many years now so wuw
I bought the Core box some weeks ago and played it with my family it's great as they are really into. Especially since it's easier as Descent or HeroQuest which my youngest child and my partner really enjoy. And I prefer it compared to Legends of Andor :)
Definitely worth picking this one up. Not only is it a great entry game but some nights getting straight into the action is exactly what the gaming group is looking for. The online GM is also a really nice feature.
Already pre-ordered. :) Even I'm still having the 'original' version of the game with the expansions. They are still playable. According to Ronnie I'm considering the current edition as a prequel to the story. Keep up the good work Mantic Games!
The name sounds like a mobile game, but the gameplay looks like the next generation of HeroQuest! I've already got Hellboy, so Mantic is proven quality.
HeroQuest is fantastic, but very expensive to get started in. This game is a bit cheaper. More important right now as most people are cash strapped and can't splurge in this economy much.
Interested in this. I see there are four heroes, if youre playing coop with less than 4 players do the players have to use all four models or can for example two players play using just one hero each?
Imagine a Star Wars Imperial Assault - Lite. There is Starfinder out currently, but it's a bit more complicated. Aliens might work. Co-op gameplay hunting down Xeno's on a ship or LV-426.

Great game, loving it solo and 2/3 player so far.
You had me at "fast to setup", I love RPGs and Dungeon Crawlers, but I run out of steam by the time we set the game up
I've been waiting for a dungeon crawler like this.

You could play with just one hero each however you'll just find it more of a challenge. Using all 4 is recommended.

What about variety? I've got one concern. The game has few map tiles. I believe 6 double sided tiles with all expansions.
They've been extremely clever with placement of impassable blocking tiles and tile rotation so that it's variety is pretty big.

Yes you'll get different fluff as u explore the same 3 double sided tiles 40 times... extreme replayability 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
There will also be expansions with more tiles
