Congratulations guys. Don’t let anyone deceive you that you need ILR first before you can get a house, once you are two years in the UK you can get a mortgage…Got mine in 2yrs
Look for developers who will contribute 5% towards your mortgage… A lot of them have that option at the moment and they are all around the UK. Just follow the process he described in the video.
You guys look good together. Please don't stop loving and supporting each other. It's very important especially in for new immigrants. Thanks for sharing
If peradventure, I become unable to get an accommodation for myself here in the UK any day, I would be heading straight to your house! Make I tell u now! A big congrats to you guys 🎉. More blessings!! 🎉❤
Congratulations to you and im happy with your growth. I'm sure saving this video with joy and faith as i will need to utilize the steps soon by God's grace. Congratulations again 🎉
Congratulations, my darlings! Only bitter and jealous people leave hateful comments because they want what you have. I came across your video two days ago about transitioning into a data analyst role, and you promised to share information about a transitioning CV. I don't think you've posted the video yet.
Thanks Daniel, i always look forward to your videos and you are such an inspiration. Kindly do the financial analysis and cost implications video like you mentioned at the end of the video. Thanks alot and Congratulations Mr abd Mrs Jesuloba 🎉
You look a lovely couple. Thanks for giving the process of getting a mortgage for a house. Now that you have completed on the house you only own the house when you have paid off the mortgage, until then it still belongs to your mortgage provider. But well done.
Please do video on building your credit score. And also the cost implication from start to finish. And any other associated cost after moving in. Congratulations
Well done and massive congrats. I will strongly advise that you should not buy a new built. If you have 10% deposit, buy a property that you can add value to. If you do that it will force the appreciation of the house.
Nice video, you missed a few points. (1) You can actually applly for Agreement In Principle right from your phone and get a approval. (2) You don't really need a Developer unless you're buying a new built, estate agents always have houses for sale. (2) You need a good credit score before you start off. (3) A solicitor submits bid on your behalf, you can't submit a bid by your self (4) Most importantly, you need to save money for "over and above" which is the amount of money you pay above the value placed on the property by the lender.
Congratulations on your new home. Can you make a video on building credit score like your wife (999) and also the overall cost implication for the mortgage, thank you.
You can always rent out the hose and use this money to pay the monthly mortgage, while you continue life, all in all, its a good idea for the future investment
No age limit really!! But the older you are the more deposit you might be required to pay because the mortgage term might be calculated based on how far you’re away from retirement age

Thanks for sharing your experience. I've got some questions for you Sir. 1. Did you make use of Lifetime ISA before you acquire the motgage? 2. What's the interest rate 3. Someone said if you dont have your ILR yet, you may need to pay 25% deposit before you can find a bank that can lend you the money, how true is this? Can you give the name of banks you know that can allow you to 10% deposit despite not having ILR? I'll await you response. Thanks
1. No, we did not use Lifetime ISA…. But I will advise you open a Lifetime ISA now if you’re looking at buying a house in the 1-3 years… 2. Rate at the moment is about 5% 3. You don’t need ILR to get a mortgage. With a skilled worker visa and a full time job, you will need to pay deposit between 10- 15% I hope this helps!!
@@DanielJesuloba are you sure about the Lifetime ISA rate of 5%? From what I am reading it is 25% if you want to withdraw and you meet the conditions such as using it as a deposit as a first time home buyer. www.gov.uk/lifetime-isa
Congratulations guys. Don’t let anyone deceive you that you need ILR first before you can get a house, once you are two years in the UK you can get a mortgage…Got mine in 2yrs
Depends on the mortgage lender.
Mr Ade please can you advise me on how you go about it and location
