    Everyday home cooking with everyday common ingredients. Thanks. A pity that many a times, your background music deafens ur explanation. Appreciate you choose some quiet music instead, so it does not take over your cooking demo! Nice evening to u..

      lovely teresa u need the fermented beans to cook this dish. If without the beans, it will just become another normal chicken stew dish.

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  6 років тому

      Tahira Panda it looks like black peppercorns but red in colour, u can get it from any asian supermarket. It gives the dish very nice fragrance, if u put alot, it will gives u the numbness.

    Szechuan pepper? Is it not spicy?

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  6 років тому

      Tahira Panda yes, szechuan peppercorns, if only a teaspoon of so, it’s actually just fragrance, u need to add quite alot to make the dish spicy. Actually it’s not spicy, but numbness.
