5-6 potatoes
2 capsicums
2 tomatoes
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp hing powder
3 green chillies
Sesame oil - 4 tbsp
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
