Man I'd love to, but I don't own any of the Jmac QD stuff or a wolverine. I pretty much run Xeno or run Direct thread unless it's a proprietary can like my Razor 556.

Have you ever had a problem with the nomad coming loose after a few rounds with the Xeno. After maybe one mag, i notice mine coming loose at the adapter. Any suggestions on how to avoid that
@@kunleadunbi3686 are you actually tightening it? A taper takes 1.5 times the pressure to break free as it does to snug. It physically can't come loose if it's snug. I'd figure something isn't tight enough.
You need to really torq the muzzle device on the barrel (30 ft lbs) ans the mount into the can (10-15 ft lbs). This issue seems fairly simple. Let me know if it helps.
How much does it add to length as compared to direct thread? My two gripes with keymo is the weight and added length, this seems like a good improvement over it.
It adds 1.125" to the suppressor but only .685" to the end of the gun as it goes up over the mount a good bit.. They mainly did this to insure you could use a Cresent wrench on it and to allow use with full size muzzle devices in all 1.375x24 cans. (Some cans have shorter dementions from the end to first baffle). For reference keymo adds 1.63"
The length on this one is something that visually looks like a gripe but in reality I'll say when you have it mounted it's roughly 1/2" longer then direct thread. I am a HUGE DT fan but the reality is that when your moving stuff around like I do my nomad, it makes sense to go QD. I have some cans that are essentially dedicated to rifles and in that instance DT and a good snug down is the way to go. Keymo is an excellent system and if weight/length wasn't an issue it would be my choice. If weight/length is paramount and DT wasn't something you want to do then Q Plan B is the way, however personally I think the slight added length and oz of weight makes xeno the overall winner as its so close to q its not funny. Wrench flats are very important, the left hand thread on is very wise, and the muzzle devices are far more "normal looking" yet still effective. There's a good bit of quality mounts out there. I've probably wasted more money on trying them then I'd care to figure out but this is just my opinion. Hope this helped. God bless!

I think the YHM Kurz is a great mount. I used it for a while. The thing that peeved me about it is the locking tab. It never fell in, you always had to snug the can down then wiggle the collar to get it to drop down in. Also albeit a minor issue, the yhm muzzle devices are ugly on your rifle. They look funny by themselves. The Xeno muzzle devices look super normal. The FH is basically a A2 birdcage with threads. It's sweet. Also it's a little lighter and no locking tab to worry about. Both good mounts but I'm sticking with the Xeno.
I've kinda shifted (firearm) interests over the last 1.5 years away from the cans and now looking at what people are talking about/buying, yea I'd agree it seems most people are going that way. I tend to think it's more marketing/pricing as well as deadair kinda falling out of favor among the fanatics. I stand by the xeno being a great mount. I still run them on my rifles and have tons of rounds through/with them so far.

i was an early adopter of xeno. have 3 mounts and 1 adapter. this is going to change the market.

Do you still rocksett the muzzle device to the barrel since it's reverse thread?
You can, I don't. I torque the muzzle device 30-35 ft lbs of torque and have never had an issue.
Any idea how far in the flash hider protrudes inside the suppressor once it’s tightened down on the adapter?

Use a wrench to really snug the adapter into the suppressor. Don't be afraid to snug it tight.

Yes you can. That can has 1.375x24 threads so your good to go!.. as far as break or FH, it's your choice.
