what was the weight difference? There seems to be some rules - no gouging of eyes, biting, kicking to the groin, etc. to truly test the effectiveness of any style is allowing a fight to the death, then we can truly gauge how good a person is and how good a style is. Everything else is an opinion.

There's a difference between fighting and "fighting". Combat sports (ufc, boxing, karate, taekwondo, etc) are under "fighting" because they added rounds with breaks so each fighter can freshen up and create more action in the ring/arena. Those "fights" were built for entertainment. I don't know what their rules are for this "fight" but my guess is that takedowns could be seen as cheating like Mayweather is with "running".
