I love Xu's ability to read his opponent's strength enough to get comfortable with dropping his guard and just give them some free shots. That's dangerous, but Xu clearly knew what he was doing here. Plus, I've never seen a man look so bored taking shots to the face. 🤣
Xu is very brave for doing this in China. The most interesting thing about this video is how they left in the sound of the audience laughing and cheering when Xu Is mocking his opponent. Any other version I’ve seen is missing that. 😂

MMA fighter, Xu X uses a very good strategy, skill, tactic, and todays wisdom while the kung fu master only using his a not good temper (blind faith) which was he lost it, lost everything somewhere out of the corner of the ring. Wow. Poor guy could generate no real punching power. It was like watching a child wail on an adult. I do admire the fighting spirit of Xu's opponent continuing to fight on even while bandaged up. Xu just toyed with him from that point on punishing with leg kicks while honorably ignoring the head as a target. The flying knee to the chest finish was nice. At least this guy gave his all.
He wasn't using leg kicks to be nice. The Chinese government, and traditional martial artists, hate Xu. When he fights, they always impose extra rules on only Xu to try and handicap him. After he busted the guys face up, they told him he wasn't allowed to throw punches anymore and could only kick. That's why he stopped punching. Xu is usually pretty angry in these fights because of the bullshit the government and people put him through, so he wants to just beat the hell out of these fake masters. They just won't allow him to.

Fucking hell man. This was amusing at first, but the longer the fight went, the more depressing it became. Xu X is a great martial artist, and showed an incredible amount of restraint here.
