Green chilli - 5 no.
Onion - One.
Ginger garlic paste.
Tomato - 1 no.
Turmeric powder
Oil as required.
Mustard
Salt as required.
Coriander powder.

Which north indian spice do you mean? Its not very clear. I made this recipe today and it was really good. It didnt even taste like beetroot. I dont really like this vegetable much but this curry transforms it. Thanks for the recipe.

Hi ladies your presentation is always good like the recipe. May I request you not to use aluminium and non stick cookware in your videos. Aluminum and non stick cookware are not hygienic. Instead use eathernware make it Kerala style. Use the old cheratta Tawi, make it Kerala's own style. Just my observation. Not meant to harm your emotions or disgrace u both. Just a suggestion so that the new generation comes to know our background and traditional things. I liked the pressure cooker u used it was stainless steel. One more thing in this vdo I couldn't get what Leslie said the North Indians add since there was a tingtong sound in between. Please do correct it while editing. I tried 3 time still couldn't make it.
