Gordon's job is to push them to get it done, their job is to KNOW the food and push back. Ramsey would 100% respect them more if they pushed back and held food safety over his yelling. Cory had character development in this season. She was out to get christina, and it was nice to see her figure out how to work with her and drop that sort of malicious attitude she had. She ended up being really likable by the end

I learned it's better to make the customer wait an extra minute or two and make sure it's right than have it sent back and have the customer wait longer.

Jean Philippe walking into the door is my favourite moment ever. Gordon's reaction is amazing. When he walks past Scott and just goes "He just walked into the door," and Scott just busts out laughing. You can tell him and his team are close by the way they talk to each other.
