when I still had my baby teeth, my orthodontist were saying they’d take out my two teeth for free. I was so scared because they don’t have as much of the numbing nor laughing gas but luckily my mom took me to the dentist instead but yeah I can’t do any procedures without laughing gas.
Orthodontists don't really pull teeth, they probably didn't have any anesthesia at all lol. They usually refer patients for extractions to general dentists. This kid probably had an adult tooth already pushing a baby tooth out, to the point where extraction would take little to no work to get out, therefore no point to referral.
