Am not sure a brown skinned girl like me can use this?? I have been seeing videos of it but is only from white people I haven’t seen any black UA-camr sharing a review about it,do you think is meant for all skin types?
Skin types or skin color? I do have Fair skin and this makes my skin brighter or glowing. It won't give you a white cast. I would suggest try and see what it does for your skin. I think this is good for all skin types.

They're both different. This is a toner, not a serum. Their uses are different. You can use both.
Does it make our skin sensitive to the sun??
Yes, anything that has acid, Vitamin C, brightening, lightening and or whitening will. They will have ingredients that will make your skin very sensitive. Just use sunscreen daily.

i use yuja niacin toner, serum & night cream.. but my skin has been flaky ever since. should i keep on using em?
Before you used this, did you have dry, normal, oily, dry combination, oily combination skin? Since it's flaky, I'd add a moisturizing moisturizer with your regime. Anything with Vitamin C, whitening, brightening, lightening, with acid, etc. is always going to be drying. So you can use all of them together, however, you will have to always use extra moisturizer(s) to ensure you won't get your skin overly dry. Make sure you use sunscreen the next day, so you won't get permanent damage to your skin as well.
