Wow!! What an epic track the keys sound superb with the heavy riffs, vocals are superb! Don't really do power metal but you can't deny this is a superb song, I agree it has a H.E.A.T sound too.
Again, this is another amazing track from these guys. As you said, Leigh, it's the melody of this track, which is catchy & just grips me & sucks me into this song. This album is going to be epic. I'm not a massive Power Metal fan myself, but there is just something about New Horizon that has me hooked. I'm a big Nils Molin fan anyway, but him & Jona like Erik Gronwall before make a fantastic team creating amazing music. As for the haters that comment on your channel, You're only giving your opinion, and if they can't handle that & just give you abuse, then they shouldn't be on your channel. Imo, you're the best music reviewer on UA-cam.
I liked this song has a great heavy chuggy feel,but too me this is my least favorite. All the singles have been good so far,so I have hope that the album will be fantastic
As the biggest Erik Grönwall fan in Sweden I´m a bit dissapointed by the New Horizon release. (No hate on Nils. He is great in Dynazty and Amaranthe). The New Horizon was (for me) the EPIC broject by Jona and Erik to release some heavier stuff that could replace Eriks departure from HEAT. I loved the "heavier" stuff on HEAT:s albums. "Come Clean" and songs like that. So since the first New Horizon release I have been longiing for the 2:nd. Especially when Erik became lead in Skid Row. A band that I also like(d) but they don´t have the same melodic melodies as they used to. So for me Skid Row was fun (for Erik) but was not a band that would have made as great songs as Jona does in Heat, Crowne and New Horizon. So this new horizon album was a great one to hear Erik go MEATAL...since skid row would not deliver the NEW songs+Erik I want. So WHY didn´t they? Asked Erik "why?" the other day and the answer was "Skid row management didn´t want him to be part of the 2:nd New Horizon"... That´s the reason. Damn! Now I will enjoy Nils, but knowing Erik would have done this makes me longing even harder for the third New Horizon album. Hoping Erik will be back since Skid Row is history now. But what an end of MAY ahead guys! REMEDY and NESTOR coming up! Rock on!
