I'm gonna watch all of these edit: my wife was shocked when I said I would have fired Ritchie, he's disrespectful, resistant to any change, tries to inspire the other employees to revolt against any change, not to jump ahead, but he was dealing straight out the back door. where's the up side with him
thank you for the breakdown! it’s always nice to get insight from people who’ve experienced the real thing when it comes to shows like this. i still have a few questions though: @9:43 you mentioned 11 madison park dickhead… should i know what that means? it gets mentioned again in season 2 and i know it’s a restaurant but i’m not understanding it’s significance as an insult. also @17:44; yes, we saw that carmy didn’t sit or eat but WHY is that common? why do chefs not join family meals? hope i’m not being obnoxious in asking, i’d just really like to know. please be sure to finish both seasons if you can!🤞🏾
