- Dave is back baby, and bringing a MSU smelly, smelly Death Guard List for this Warhammer 40,000 10th Edition Battle Report.
Finally headed up by Mortarian the Nurgle Demon Primarch himself, the boys in green face down Tom's current favourite - the Adeptus Custodes with 2 mega forge world tanks. It's going to be brutal!

That was a great fight! I really thought it was gonna be one sided after that first turn by Morty and the Crawlers, but way to stick it out! It should be noted that the Anti keyword converts X+ to crit wounds, so it would indeed be dev wounds on X. I have been deciding between these two armies for my next collection, even getting one kit from each army to test paint and stare at creepily, so it was fun seeing them go at it. Great job! Hi guys, enjoyed your game. Blade Champion doesn't automatically get fight first. Also you can only shoot at vehicles or monsters that are locked in combat.
I always assumed blade champion had fight first until someone pointed it out to me
I just double checked as I also assumed the blade champion did have fight first. Thank you for the heads up. Yes we messed up shooting into and out of combat have filmed a couple since where we corrected that. keep the corrections coming we need the feedback.
I learn by playing. Most things I've learnt have been pointed out to me in games. Keep up the streams

Thanks for the video. Just a heads up on typhus’s eater plague; those wounds get allocated to the bodyguard unit if he rolls a 1. Which makes him awesome with poxwalkers cause I ALWAYS ROLL A 1

Can someone explain Mortarians ability to me, I don't understand what benefit of it? How do I use it?
also, can you have 2 tallymans? and does the added CP stack? Can you generate 2 CP a turn if u roll high enough?

First off love the video !! Can you take a squad of 5 bikes? I thought it was 2-3 squad size?
You are completely right! I messed that up. Should have been split into two. Thank you for pointing that out. Only my 4th game with them still getting my head around the army.

@@WeirdWolfGames No worries, im not trying to Come off as a pain, just trying to correct mistakes so they arent made again... Seen another thing that tinkled me, how are the bikes being shot in combat? By tanks and morty? They normally cant be shot from units outside of the fight
That's what we're all about man! Thanks for keeping us honest. Think you might have us on getting the big guns never tire rule, think Tom mentioned but we've got a few games we've played recently that are scheduled for releases in the next couple of weeks where (hopefully) we corrected this one, looks like they vehicles/monsters can shoot while THEY'RE in combat, not shooting into another combat unless that's also a vehicle/monster! You’d have thought the emperor would have added smoke to his favourite golden tanks but obviously they just don’t need it… great that they get martial ka’tah though 😂
caladius grav tanks dont have smoke keyword btw. cant pop smoke. Mortarion doesnt have to choose he shoots both weapons. Also mosters and vehicles cant shoot into another combat, only the one they are in. great set up you guys have, but you need to know how to play better, its kinda hard to watch.
Hey mate, thanks for clarifying some of the rules mistakes, it definitely helps us roll the learnings over to the next games! We’re a pretty casual focussed channel and try to play as many different armies as we can, but it does mean sometimes we get a few things wrong. Thanks for watching, and hope you check back in.
@@WeirdWolfGames Just make sure to filter the advice people give you! Big Guns Never Tire rule, which is the one responsible for instruction on how to resolve shooting of vehicles/moster units. It actually DOES allow you to shoot out of combat into other units :) for more information you can refer to the rules commentary!
good lord we need to deep dive this rule! Could have sworn this was the case and you could shoot weapons out of combat at a -1. Thankyou for the heads up, we'll do some studying of the tomes our side and make sure to course correct!
