Thank you so much for this video. I bought my TT685 and almost panicked when I couldn't fire it with my Xpro. Lucky for me I had this expert advice on how to pair the two! You have earned a subscribe from me!!
Thanks Alex. It's been about a year since I used my Godex flashes and XPro. TBH, I forgot how to set them, and the manual leaves a bit to be desired. Well done video.
Excellent. This channel has the easiest to follow Godox instructions. I have just bought a TT350 and I already had a TT600, X-Pro trigger, & X2T trigger. Why do I have 2 different Godox triggers? Because the Pro is easiest to use on its own, but with the X2T I can stack my Elinchrom Skyport Plus trigger on the X2T hotshoe for remote operation of both systems together in studio. 😊
Excellent video which helped a lot, so thank you. I have TT685 and a Godox SK400 head. How can I set the SK400 permanently on one channel and the TT685 on a separate channel and then switch between them. Thanks.
@@alexsilva_co The TCM setting had changed some how from the flash gun Icon to 200 I had looked on YT and most people skip this when talking about setting up for the V1 and AD100 flashes.
hI Alex. Thanks for this very helpful vidéo. When I set up as you propose CH9 B, if I switch on-off, B is not kepy and the flash goes back to A. On the same way, If I quit the slave option and come back to it, B is replaced by A. A normal behavior ? Which means, each time I use a flash for a new session-ion I have to set up the groupe (but not the channel) ? Thanks for your reply
Hi Pierre! I'm not sure that's normal behavior, my flashes usually keep the settings after I turn them off. I'm making a wild guess here but, it could be that the batteries are not fully charged. Again, it's a wild guess.
Hi Alex, great video very informative. I wonder if you could do a video on using the flash in TTL then changing to manual? the reason is that if I change to manual I get a different exposure?
Hi David! Thanks for the comment! I made a video about TCM a while ago that you can find at ua-cam.com/video/ehS6lUE-YiI/v-deo.html, is this what you're looking for?
@@alexsilva_co Hi Alex, I am still getting the same problem. Could it be the Flash settings on my XT4? What settings do you have on your Fuji Camera please?
Hello Alex. I want to be able to manually adjust power settings on my Goddox XPro N when I pair it with SB5000 through X1R N. When I have my Speedlight in TTL mode and XPro N in manual mode it fires, but not constantly. It gives me different power outputs. The only time it works is when I put my Speedlight in Manual mode and have my Goddox in TTL, then it gives me good results, but then I have to walk over my Speedlight and adjust settings on the Speedlight, which in some way defeats the purpose of remote control.
Hi! The available groups will depend on the flash. Most hotshoe flashes have A-C, while most strobe have A-E. The exception that I know of is the TT600 hotshoe flash, which has A-E.

Thank you so much! Very clear, intuitive and thoughtful instructions!
Oldie but a goodie! Thanks for the tutorial, my 685s is still a great combination with the XproS!
Just got a 2nd hand TT685 with no instructions ... your video explained it all for me ...Thanks !
Great to hear!
Fantastic video, Alex. The manuals for Godox equipment are not good, but you''ve explained everything really well! Thanks!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I am glad I found it 😊

Thank you, it was very confusing for me in the begging, but your instruction helped me! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I am using TT685 and x2T. This is very helpful. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this. Just got my XPro for Pentax and I can use it with my TT685S (Sony)
Hi Alex. Great video! Thanks for sharing. I just connected my TT685 and TT600 to my XPro. Very happy with the results.

Awesome! What was the solution?
I got caught up with work so I couldn't respond earlier.

Hi there! Yours seems to be a common problem, so I'll try to get a hold of an X1R again and do some testing.
Thanks for the comment!
