You should tell the users to remove the filter from the reservoir as a crucial part of the descaling process. You did not mention anything of removing the filter, and people are liable to drink descaling agent because of it.
I have another Jura machine but it is indeed strange that even the manual doesn't say that the filter should be removed, even though it seems logical. If it indeed can be left in place, it should be stated in the manual as well, like "The machine is designed to be descaled with the filter in place."
they didn't make any mention of the filter, because according to jura manual, if you use jura filter, descaling is never needed. if you are descaling your jura machine, it's only because you are not using jura filter, which means the filter is naturally missing in the descaling video.

When I bought the machine (from a Jura specialized shop) the sales consultant also mentioned that even when using filters, descaling should be made like once a year, regardless the machine prompting it or not.
