In March, I had the chance to encounter Vito at a Bari restaurant, where he was dining with his family. Upon entering, I spotted his father and greeted him, saying, "Hello Mr. Iacopelli, I'm a fan of Vito." His father was so thrilled by the recognition that he immediately introduced me to Vito. We briefly chatted and took a picture. I didn't want to intrude on their family gathering, so I merely showed him photos of the Neapolitan pizza I made, inspired by his tutorials. After my friends and I finished eating, Vito generously offered us an array of desserts before departing. We shared some heartfelt words and a warm embrace. It's remarkable to receive such kindness from a stranger, but it truly speaks to Vito's genuine love for his followers and fellow pizza enthusiasts.
I hope the best for you and your wonderful family. You truly deserve a million+ subscribers for the dedication and effort you put in.

Here in Brazil we have a huge number of italian descendants and of course there is a pizza culture . Google how many pizzas are consumed in São Paulo per day and you'll see the importance of it. And july the tenth is National Pizza Day! We have all the styles you showed and some more. Ask your paesani about italians in Brazil and come around to visit and taste this and many other italian gastronomy. After all, cooking is an act of love!

My favourites are the neapolitan (with thick crust) and new york style pizzas, all made with sourdough. It gives a flavour to the dough like nothing else. Once you try it you'll never go back 🤣

The perfect pizza is New York style crust traditional Italian plum tomato sauce freshly diced white onion cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped garlic mixed with dry basil, sea salt and crushed red pepper, like a pico de gallo but I call it Pizza de gallo place that on top of the sauce with sliced mushrooms low-moisture mozzarella parmigiano Romano blend sliced Green Olive pepperoni on top, I also take fresh garlic peeled and soak them in extra virgin olive oil overnight or longer drizzled over the top after baking with some fresh basil of course wood fire New York style baked

My fav is the neapolitan with thin crust my son does not like crust he also wants salami everywhere on every inch of the pizza. Also my son likes to help me mix and bake it too. Im so grateful to you Vito for sharing with me how to make pizza. I also make the small rolls you showed before i don't remember the name but i use the apple slicer to make the shape of the top of it my wife loves that.
I have two favorite types of pizza. Margherita pizza, followed by sausage pizza. In this video, the New York style pizza looked great. Ciao, Vito! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️🍕

You say like if I feel that pizza is cooked perfectly. A lot of people would say the bubbles are burnt, but I say no. I love that! It's what gives the crust an authentic pizzeria flavor, as opposed to cooking it for a long time at a low oven temperature. I also applaud you cooking on a grill. The best pizza I ever made was cooked directly on the grates of a charcoal Weber kettle grill which was super hot. Smoky flavor, burnt bubbles, it was Magic. Please feature a charcoal grilled pizza someday. 😎👍

Detroit and Roma and very good, especially in the winter when the outdoor oven is not always an option. In the Roma video, the chef gave his secret formula for the right amount of dough for the pan. It works for Detroit as well!

I love all different styles of pizza, coming from Chicago. I like deep dish as a treat, but not all the time. It’s more of a winter time treat.

This was an amazing video. I could have eaten every pizza you made!!! One after the other! I love the Neopolitan thick edge pizza. It is the best because that crust on the edge is a treat by itself. I would love to try the deep fried pizza, never saw anything like it!!! Amazing!! Then the dessert pizza, I think you need to taste that to understand that pizza can be many things. I am going to try that one!! Sour dough sounds very interesting. I am not a fan of Detroit or Chicago Pizza - way thick. Bravo Vito!!

My favorite just remains your next level pizza dough, I find it the best manageable for me personally and I just love how it turns out. Vito, could you do a video where you make a pizza dough for the next day if you start in the evening (so lets say party is in 18h) that is not for 1000 people but for like 5 or 6? I often find myself wanting to do pizza but the next level dough takes 3 days and sometimes, I want to say lets do pizza tomorrow and I struggle to find a good way of doing that. Thank you! Keep it up! Love your content!

Neapolitan style isnt with thin crust tho.
It has a big crust filled with air pockets.
Bari style has a thin crust, because you push the air out with a dough roller.
