Great video Coach! Way out in California here, what kind of drills did you use to get the results here? I have a daughter who seems to have a lot of the same issues as this young lady in your video.

My daughter has these exact problems. The hip coil will be easy to fix now that I know what I'm looking for, but how did you keep her from flatting her bat?
We just rep it over and over again. Feel the barrel stay more vertical and knob turn up. It just takes time.

I thought it was good to hit a bit out in front. This is how you get the ball to left center field. And how you generate most power when bat hits the ball.
Good info ,but you can clearly see that the balls are coming from different directions. That alone will change these body movements. To see real improvements from comparison the ball needs to be pitched from the same area.
You’re just letting us know that you cannot comprehend what he’s talking about. You can clearly see the changes in her swing, and the angle of the pitch has nothing to do with it.
