This video doesn't even scratch the surface on the variety in Polish emergency vehicles.
Different letters on Ambulances corresponds to the specialization of the ambulance.
"S" is specialist for reanimation and in cases of life endangerment with at least 3 personnel (excluding driver) with one always being medical professional (a doctor).
"T" for transport of patients who do not need special attention. Personnel (besides the driver) can be (but doesn't need to) 1 paramedic.
"P" is the basic one, mostly for quick transport with the ability to give first aid or keep the patient alive. With 2 personnel qualified to give medical care. Mostly a nurse and a paramedic.
Any other "ambulance like" is a transport vehicle, either for organs for transplant or blood.
There also is an "N" neonatal ambulance.
The green one vehicle is the Polish Border Guard.
That is a „cage" for illegals...

5:42 - it might be (but Iam not sure) a technician workers from Pogotowie Gazowe - they care about gas pipes. It may happen that they have a emergency response because the gas is leaking so they have to arravie ASAP.

As for ambulances, there are several types of them. As you noticed there was a big sign on each one P, T, S. The P-type ambulance is the basic ambulance. The P-type ambulance is dispatched to incidents where the injured require basic assistance - treating an injury or in cases of illness. Also, it is often dispatched to accidents if the victims are not in danger of losing their lives as a result of the incident. Given its purpose, the P-type ambulance has basic equipment to provide trauma care to the injured. T-type ambulance
Transport ambulances are used to transport the injured and sick, whose condition is stable and does not require intensive supervision. They are often used for inter-hospital transport, as well as for blood or organ transport. The crew of a T ambulance includes a driver and a paramedic. Medical transport ambulances include the presence of a doctor. This is often the case with ambulances transporting organs for transplantation.
N are ambulances designed to transport newborns and infants up to 1 year of age. They are used in similar situations as T-type ambulances, but have resuscitation equipment on their equipment.
Type S (former R - resuscitation) ambulance.
"Eski" is the new designation for the former R ("Rki"). Eski is a type of resuscitation ambulance, used whenever there is a high life-threatening condition. The ambulance crew consists of a minimum of 3 people, including one doctor. If no person on the crew is authorized to drive an emergency vehicle the 4th person is the driver. This is crucial for the number of passenger seats inside the vehicle. S-type ambulance equipment is the most extensive of all.
The ambulance marked as "P" comes from "podstawowy", in english it's "basics". The one marked as "S" are "specjalistyczne", in english "specialised" with more stuff inside.
We have the Municipal Police called "Straż Miejska" and in english it's literally "City Guard". They're not on this video though. Same goes for the Prison Service that's called "Służba Więzienna". Also, there's the Railway Police called "Straż Ochrony Kolei", in english "Railway Security Guard".
The reason for these police services to have different names - it's because the word "Policja" is reserved only for the National Police by the law.

It's district heating emergency service. It has '993' on the side. If it had '992' then it would be gas emergency service.
