Wow That is a super long N scale train I saw that you had 7 Locomotives and I assume there is over 170 train cars is this correct please let me know if I m correct
I find that they hold on to any other couplers just fine, but it's a pain to get them together. You can't use them in operations, because you have to pick up the Kato side and sort of drop it vertically into the mating coupler. That said, I find them to be the most reliable for crazy long trains like this. That's why I have all the Kato intermodals and coalporters very early in the train, after the Microtrains solar and constelaation cars (which are very heavy).
It’s just running on the basic blue Kato DC power pack. Admittedly, running this many locomotives is about the most that power pack will do. I also have a bunch of feeder tracks. It would work poorly without those.
Bout a $10,000 train. Beautiful!
holy guacamole....😲😯😳😲😯😳 Thanks for sharing man.
I was wondering what your layout looked like 👍🏻
It looks incredible 😍 wow. It feels realistic, Superb work 👌.
You've outdone yourself again, nicely done

And here I am wondering if 2 Katos can pull a 36 car train on level ground....(I'm just a collector but I get curious lol)
Outstanding. But I find it difficult to believe that Kato stock couplers mated reliably with anything else.

incredible
The railcars💀💀💀
Very Zen
How you run all that on DC?

How much grand did this cost
Many grands were spent to do this!
Wow! Which couplings have you used?
Hi. Everything is stock. The rolling stock is a mix of all the main brands, Kato, Micro Trains, Athearn, Atlas, etc.
Why? But that is cool.
