I like the fact that this series gives Hawkeye some respect. Most people always go ga-ga for the aliens, the roided up soldiers, or the super geniuses(rare), but Hawkeye and Widow were all human. Olympian+ level skills, but still human. Rogers without serum is just a nice guy who can take a beating. Tony without the suit is just a MIT professor/Billionaire.
And not nearly enough. The guy is one of the most experienced avengers and Shield agents but gets ducked up by a legless Ronda Rousey who trained in your average dojo.
Yeah I don’t think people understand the skill level to hit EVERY SHOT. Throughout the entire time onscreen, he has never missed a shot. Other than when he was either mild controlled or was holding back. Not only that, he is a skilled marksman in seemingly ALL FORMS OF RANGED WEAPONS. He said in civil war, “shot 18, hit 18, just can’t seem to miss”. Also we see him as ronin, not using a bow but instead a sword. He is a master hand to hand combatant. Only seemingly triumphed by super humans and black widow. Due to his skill with all weapons (and never missing), you’d think he’d use a gun, but that wouldn’t actually be nearly as effective. Due to trick arrows ability’s to take down multiple targets and their versatility, it makes them the ideal weapon. Also people give him crap about only having a quiver full, when actually you see he has compact arrows on him. Not just that, if he were to have help from pym, he could have 10 quivers full of arrows on him to use at any given time! Basically dude is wild op, if given an actual avengers level load out (has actual armor, most effective equipment, etc) than he could be THE MOST POWERFUL avenger. (That what if episode of Pym killing the entire avengers comes to mind, he could shrink someone down from extreme distances)

After Ultron, Tony wanted to take a leave out of Clint's book and retire with Pepper, so he probably decided to sell off the tower as part of his withdrawal from Avenging life. Besides, with the addition of Wanda, Sam, Rhodey and Vision, the Avengers team moved fully into the former Stark warehouse converted into the new Avengers complex, so the old tower is now obsolete.
It's because Kate's more confident and a little overconfident than most people. Compare how she reacts to meeting Clint with how Peter Parker met Tony Stark and how Kate jumps right to first name basis with him. She's also confident enough to not let her hero be a jerk to her. Me, I'd be frozen lmao.
