- In this video I'm going to take you with me on this custom DIY bathroom vanity installation. In a previous video I built a custom concrete vanity countertop for a friend of mine and the BEST FAMILY I KNOW. Unfortunately, I ran out of time before I could show you the installation. This is their honest first impression reaction in seeing the top for the first time. I hope you have as much fun watching this video as I had making it!

I want to thank you soo much for the videos that gave me the confidence to tackle a very special project. In particular your memorial bench and Halloween decorations inspired me to make a headstone for my late sister who deserved a more beautiful tribute than we could afford. Hey Michael, Magnificent job! Now just do a double bowl vanity and install it a little further south…. ehmmm…. let’s say West Virginia. Salem to be exact. LOL. Is there a way to make white counter tops with this rapid set mix? Also is there a way to stop it from getting stained if it is white?
How thick of mortar mix would you do on a 4 by 8 table top with good support on underside?
Hey man love the videos. Quick question, do you recommend a concrete for a fire pit topper? I made one a few years ago and I put rebar in it…soooo it cracked with the second fire we had. I want to rebuild it but feel like I need to use a better concrete that’s a bit more heat resistant. Any suggestions?

It’s really slick, not surprising she loves it whatsoever. I just had my Mom sit down and watch the build to the installation… she can’t believe someone can come up with the designs and omg the quality is more than pro! And I think what’s inspiring is you hand cut (yes with tools) but you’re not relying on cnc which those machines are great but it shows ppl who maybe need inspiration and direction that they can get a couple tools and some melamine, concrete at the Home Depot and build stuff! Then of course I had to rewatch the fire pit 🔥 build, spring is finally happening! Look forward to whatever is next
