"His Holiness" a title given to religious figures. Just like "Her Majesty" is given to Queens. Islamic, Christian, and Jewish religious male leaders have been called His Holiness in the past.
What are you talking about? I don't have preconceived notions and have listened carefully to this man for since I was old enough to understand. Its the Chinese State that is crushing Tibet and slowly annihilating its people. I think it is you who needs to open your mind to what is really going on.
I don't get what the big deal is, his country is under the occupation of the Chinese and all he has done is ask them to meditate. His people suffer whilst he waltzes around the place living in luxury. Imagine Europe had taken the same tact with the Nazis.
