I dragged my father to one of their shows 5 years ago. He said it was the tightest band he had ever seen live. And cried during sound of silence. I love when you can bridge a generation gap like that. I was 33. And he was 63.
@@calephillips-pu4kqI’m a Tool lover but they are a different breed. I wouldn’t always say someone who enjoys Disturbed would enjoy Tool. But you should always try!! 🤘
One of, if not the tightest live bands of our era. They get shunned for being "radio metal" but much like 99% of the Nu Metal era, the music stands on it's own just fine against those that hate it for being nu-metal adjacent. His voice is still melodic and fierce, after more than 2 decades of brutal touring. Crazy. These guys each know their place, how to work together, and it comes out as album-perfect music.
Just saw Disturbed at Jones Beach this past week. First "heavy metal" concert and was blown away. The depth of the music was moving. Love what the band is doing to bring awareness to suicide and depression. I was moved by David's talk about his own experience. When he asked those who have suffered, at one time or another, depression to raised their hand. I got to tell you, it was a sight to behold and powerful....You are not alone. Help one another. Was such a strong statement. On another note. I love the guy that took to the stage to share his story. The best was when he was taking selfies with the band members on stage. Really cool move.
he double hockey sticks yes David David David ❤😅 god bless your soul and indestructible and may that day never come I'll say this only once man your songs are 100 and your not alone thanks when I get to my goal you will know your songs give me the hype of bad man but in reality it makes me feel like a warrior having a reason to fight and the feeling is indestructible
@ 50:57 Oh man!!!! David Draiman hitting those raspy rough notes when vocals start, "FEAR SOMETHING AGAIN!!!!" Brings back so many young rocker memories when I was in high school back in 2003-2004 banging The Sickness album on my mom's living room stereo system on FULL BLAST driving my next door neighbor and her daughter crazy 😂. I'd be jumping up and down at that part of the song and singing along learning how to do metal vocals by making my voice sound just as raspy and hardcore as Davids. 💪🏽
Oh hell ya!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🧡🧡🧡🧡 bummed cuz I couldn't make it to this show so thank you for this...the sound/volume ROCKS! p.s. 'A Reason to Fight' & 'The Sound of Silence' .....wow....powerful all around....and BIG hug to Gerald!
going to see them in baltimore in february for the third time. hoping to get on stage to play stupify with them would be amazing. maybe if i bring a sign i’ll get to.
This show was amazing from beginning to end. Jinger was dope. Breaking Benjamin went in and Disturbed lit this place on fire. Best concert I've seen in years. Was my girls first concert. She's a B.B. fan
My body is still feeling the vibrations from this show lol. Amazing show. Breaking Benjamin’s VIP acoustic show was a neat experience. Scott’s chicken will forever be my favorite inside joke 😂
If you look up their setlists for this tour, every show they switch every song after "Land of Confusion," giving us songs they usually NEVER play live. For example, "The Animal," "Warrior", "Hell", etc. Man I wish I could just go to every show
Had the pleasure of going to see them 3 times but had to miss this year due to my treatments for Hodgkins Disease (this time..round 4 with big C for me) and the terrible heat here in MD and NJ. However, thanks to people like yourselves who put the concerts online I am there! This was one show I really didn't want to miss of theirs because I know he has been talking about depression and his and all people who deal with this and other illnesses. Shinedown and Godsmack also are and have been supporting mental health as well. Maybe with all the attention these illnesses are getting maybe more can be done. I believe there has been a cure for cancer for many years and have found a documentary about the Doctor who found it but he was run out of the US cause of the money government and pharmaceutical companies make on the treatments. Hopefully though they will not do the same with mental health and depression issues. Thanks for your hard work. It is appreciated.
Glad to be of any help I can even if it's just helping you watch the show from afar. I'm seeing Shinedown in September although I will not be able to record the whole show at that one but I do have the whole Godsmack show from Atlanta from this year if you want to check it out too! Wish you well and best of luck with everything that you are going through.. Godsmack - ua-cam.com/video/smb3GWsUB8Q/v-deo.html
I was at this concert. I had an AMAZING time. But I did have this dick behind me who cussed me out for trying to record the first song and we ending up having an argument back and forth but I gave up because he was drunk and my pregnant wife was with me and didn’t wanna stress her out. But I grew up listening to Breaking Benjamin and Disturbed so being able to see them both in concert at the same time was like a dream come true for me!
A concert I will never forget. Glad I got to see it with the people I was with. Made a new memory. This band saved my life years ago so this was on my list of concerts to see for years.
I can't understand how the crowd is so dead. They're playing immaculately and with such energy and that crowd is giving them NOTHING. For shame Alpharetta
The majority of people at that show were 40 plus... We've done our time in the pits and all... Hell I had a hip replaced and a disk in my back replaced last year.. Still enjoyed the hell out of the show but can't jump around anymore.. lol :) But I do understand where you are coming from. Thanks for watching and make sure you help get the crowd going next time you're there! Rock On Brother!
Very good job doing the video, although I wish you would have zoomed in a few times! Seriously though, you should seriously consider editing the part where Gerald told his story to the crowd. That in itself should get millions of views. We need more bands like this helping out people. I think it might be something to consider.
David ( DISTURBED) You think you guys could do your version of the song it's ok it's ok to not be ok sometimes PLEASE? @DISTURBED! Totally love how you and your band and whole crew are. I totally hope i can meet yall one day but for now watching your concerts and seeing clips of you talking to people at your shows has brought hope back into me and i know now that i will see the light through the darkness i am in and have been pretty much my whole life. I always try to see good in people but the last couple years i lost all hope that life and people were just always going to suck donkey dick. Thank you for being an incredible human being. Much love to you all and always may you be blessed! Love and light! 🎉❤ big hugs!
I really wish more bands would play Lakewood. Much better sound and reasonably closer to me. I’ve always wanted to see Disturbed. I’ve seen almost every band I’ve wanted to, but now som many play Alpharetta
@@LiveMusic4Me I can understand that. I live about 70 miles from Alpharetta but only about 40 from Lakewood. I miss the original masquerade. Went to many great shows there

There is music that people listen to that I don't enjoy and music I listen to that other people don't enjoy... We are all allowed our own likes and opinions.. while I respect your opinion... You can have one and not be negative towards people or their music.. That's just my 2 cents.. but glad you clicked and visited my page.. There is a lot of music on here from our concerts and it's not all like this.. Hope you found something you like and keep checking in. Thanks!
I bet there is at least 1 song of there's that you know but do not realize it's them. Every time I try to explain who they are I bring up The Sound of Silence..., and the response "Ohhh yeah the song from Trolls"... SMH

Dude I was in the section behind. Never got to see them when I was young and was so happy to Tuesday.
